This classic Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon shows aromas of blackcherry, bittersweet chocolate, vanilla, clove and a hint of black pepper. The palate is dense and structured, offering layers of cherry cola, black currants, roasted coffee and a finish of cocoa powder. The lots are kept separate throughout harvest and fermentation. After nineteen months in French oak (57 percent new), winemaker Danielle Cyrot assembles the final blend.
